Bollywood Fever: The Indiana Fever secured a significant 84-80 victory over the Connecticut Sun on Wednesday, August 28, toppling the No. 2-seeded team in the WNBA.

This win marks a pivotal moment for the Fever, who are on the brink of making the WNBA playoffs for the first time since 2016.

Clark has been instrumental in revitalizing the Fever, positioning them as a strong contender for the playoffs. They currently hold the No. 7 seed in the WNBA standings with a 15-16 record.

Bayless also noted the Fever’s impressive run, winning nine of their last 10 home games and ending a long-standing losing streak against the Sun.

Before this victory, Indiana had endured an 11-game losing streak against Connecticut, having gone 0-3 against them this season.

In the game against the Sun, “Clark the Catalyst” delivered a solid performance, recording 19 points, five rebounds, and five assists, aligning closely with her season averages of 18.0 points, 8.1 assists, and 5.7 rebounds per game.
