Bollywood Fever: Christina Hall and her third husband, Josh Hall, are getting a divorce after three years of marriage. Court documents obtained by Page Six reveal that Josh filed for dissolution of marriage in Orange County, California, on Monday.
In his filing, Josh cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for their split and noted that the couple separated nearly one week ago on July 8. This news comes as a surprise, especially considering that Christina, 41, recently told E! News that the secret to her strong marriage with Josh was “being communicative.”
The real estate agent is also requesting that Christina pay him alimony and is seeking to terminate the court’s ability to award her financial support. He has asked the court to divide their assets based on what each owned before they married in 2022. It appears the couple does not have a prenuptial agreement, and since they have no children together, there will be no custody battle.
Sources told TMZ that Christina also filed divorce documents on Monday, though they have not yet been processed in the system.
Josh is seeking all rights to any HGTV and Discovery Network shows or specials produced during their marriage. The couple has a home makeover show set to premiere in 2025, a spin-off of Christina’s now-defunct “Flip or Flop” series with her first ex-husband, Tarek El Moussa.
Christina, whose maiden name is Haack, was married to Tarek El Moussa, 42, from 2009 to 2018. They share daughter Taylor, 13, and son Brayden, 8. El Moussa married Heather Ray Young in 2021, and they share a 1-year-old son, Tristan.
Following her divorce from El Moussa, Christina married Ant Anstead in December 2018, and they welcomed their son Hudson, 4, in September 2019. They separated in November 2020 and finalized their divorce in June 2021.
Christina wasn’t single for long, as Page Six exclusively revealed in July 2021 that she had been dating Josh for a few months. She confirmed their engagement two months later and responded to internet trolls who claimed she had moved too quickly. In April 2022, they secretly tied the knot.
Christina’s representative had no comment on the divorce filings.
As the situation unfolds, it remains to be seen how the division of assets and business rights will be resolved between the estranged couple. The news has left fans and followers of Christina Hall surprised and curious about the future of her career and personal life.
