Super 30 is a biographical drama film directed by Vikas Bahl, based on the life of mathematician Anand Kumar and his educational program Super 30.

The film stars Hrithik Roshan as Kumar and Mrunal Thakur as his wife.

Soundtrack is by Ajay-Atul and movie is co-produced by Sajid Nadiadwala.

Film Super 30 will be Phantom Film’s last production.

Was shot in Ramnagar Fort and in Sambhar Lake Town which was shown as Kota, Rajasthan.

The trailer was released on 4 June 2019, and the film is released on 12 July 2019.

Hrithik Roshan done a biopic for the first time.

Vikas Bahl director of the film and one of the producers of the film under the Phantom banner was accused of sexual misconduct by his employee.The other partners decided to withheld his name from the film after the incident.But now those charges are cleared and he will be credited as director.

Just three days after opening to theatres, Super 30 is declared “tax-free” in the state of Bihar (by order of both Chief Minister and Deputy Chief Minister) starting 16 Jul 2019. This step is taken to encourage viewership of this film highlighting the importance of teachers and education in society, especially important as Bihar struggles with India’s lowest literacy rate.

On 20 Jul 2019, Uttar Pradesh became the third state to declare Super 30 tax-free.

Sarah Ali Khan was earlier rumored to make her debut in the film.
