It contains the secret to a form of sword art that allows one to channel the energy within their body to strike down their foes with lightning speed.
Attacks a random enemy with Blink when an enemy uses a non-attack skill. Can be activated once every 2 turns.
Blink: Cuts the enemy in the blink of an eye. When the enemy is not an Elite or Boss monster, damage sharing effects are ignored.
Reason for Recommendation:
This artifact is most likely going to be equipped for your defense team on either Arena or Guild War.
It is really useful for Thief class heroes that are put on a defense team against enemy team composition that uses a non-attack skill to boost their CR and grants buffs.
