Popular content creator Amouranth joins Wildcard Gaming as co-owner, aiming to expand the esports organization with new apparel lines and watch parties for Rainbow 6 Pro League.
Bollywood Fever: On June 20, the renowned adult content creator and streamer Amouranth announced that she is now a co-owner of Houston-based Wildcard Gaming.
John Griffin, Wildcard’s other co-owner, expressed his enthusiasm about Amouranth’s involvement. He stated that with the esports industry stabilizing after a few tumultuous years, this was the “right time to make a move.”
“Kaitlyn is not just a massive personality, she is an incredibly smart businesswoman. She is thoughtful and calculated, just as we are. Her impact on our organization will be immediate,” Griffin explained.
Amouranth will contribute to the growth of the organization in North America by promoting a new men’s and women’s apparel line across her extensive social media platforms. Additionally, she will be hosting watch parties for Season 2 of the Rainbow 6 Pro League. With Siragusa’s investment, Wildcard Gaming also plans to establish a performance center and office space in Texas.
Amouranth revealed that she had been interested in esports for quite some time. “I’ve always had my eye on esports,” Siragusa said. “I’ve admired what other creators like Disguised Toast and MoistCr1TiKaL have done with their own organizations. In my conversations with orgs and research, Wildcard felt like the best opportunity to help shape a growing organization.”
Speculation about the announcement began on June 17 when Amouranth posted a teaser trailer on social media, hinting at a major reveal. The trailer showed her reviewing a contract with several redactions but included esports hints such as references to Bandit and Mozzie, two guns in Rainbow 6, and her hometown of Houston, where Wildcard is based.
This move is the latest in a series of business ventures for Amouranth. She previously debuted an AI for creating fantasy content, launched her own beer, and purchased multiple gas stations.
