Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez list their Beverly Hills mansion for $68 million amid divorce. The 38,000-square-foot Crestview Manor boasts 12 bedrooms, 24 bathrooms, and a state-of-the-art indoor sports complex.

Bollywood Fever: Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez‘s sprawling Beverly Hills mansion has officially hit the market as the couple goes through their divorce

The stunning property, known as Crestview Manor, is listed on Zillow with an asking price of $68 million, as first reported by The New York Post

The opulent estate comes with a hefty $1,100 daily tax bill, reflecting its high-end luxury status.

Unlike some celebrity homes that leave people questioning their price tags, this 38,000-square-foot residence justifies its cost.

Set on five acres, the mansion features open floor plans, breathtaking mountain views, a large pool, and a 12-car garage.

One of the standout features is the indoor sports complex, complete with a state-of-the-art gym, boxing ring, and pickleball court.

The mansion boasts 12 bedrooms and 24 bathrooms—yes, that’s two bathrooms per bedroom. The Zillow listing highlights just one of these 24 bathrooms, which includes a traditional soaking tub and steam shower, leaving the remaining lavish rooms to the imagination.

A unique detail in the home is a vintage movie poster in the living room for the 1957 comedy The Prince and the Showgirl, starring Marilyn Monroe and Laurence Olivier, which perhaps nods to the glamour and history of the property.

The property also comes with an estimated annual tax bill of $402,234 and a surprisingly low HOA fee of just $667 per month.

The listing follows Lopez’s filing for divorce from Affleck earlier this month, revealing that the couple has been separated since April.

They were married in July 2022. In the wake of the split, Affleck has reportedly purchased a comparatively modest $25 million mansion in Los Angeles for himself.
