Brandi Glanville stands up for Kenya Moore after her controversial exit from ‘RHOA,’ accusing Bravo producers of fueling drama. Kenya focuses on her daughter in the wake of the scandal.
Bollywood Fever: Brandi Glanville is defending Kenya Moore after the ‘RHOA’ star left season 16 of the Bravo series following misconduct allegations involving explicit images of a cast member. Glanville is pointing the finger at producers for the drama.
Brandi, who has previously accused Bravo’s Andy Cohen of sexual harassment, took to X on Wednesday evening to criticize the ongoing drama on the network, including physical altercations on “The Real Housewives of New Jersey.”
She addressed Kenya’s suspension and exit from ‘RHOA,’ which occurred after Moore allegedly showed sexually explicit images of newcomer Brittany Eady. Brandi expressed her frustration, stating, “Where is HR now? Also, I’m pretty sure producers pushed Kenya to show that video. They know what is going to happen before it does.”
The former “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star also accused producers of being aware that another ‘RHOBH’ alum, Taylor Armstrong, was being physically abused by her husband, Russell Armstrong, who tragically took his own life in August 2011.
In another post, Brandi added, “Create the villain, enable the villain, praise the villain, then punish the villain for being… a villain.”
Some have criticized Brandi for being hypocritical, pointing to her slap of Lisa Vanderpump on ‘RHOBH’ as an example. Brandi defended her actions, saying her incident wasn’t the same as she wasn’t trying to hurt Vanderpump.
Brandi’s support for Kenya comes after TMZ confirmed Moore was weighing her options following tension with Bravo over her suspension and exit. Sources indicate she wasn’t fired, and Bravo is keeping the door open for a possible return.
Kenya is now focusing on her daughter, emphasizing this in her first statement on the matter Wednesday. She stated that she and her daughter “will continue to thrive in a non-toxic environment where we feel appreciated and, most importantly, protected.”
