Bruce Willis and Former Spouse Demi Moore Commemorate Daughter Tallulah’s 30th Birthday
Demi Moore posted a rare snapshot of her former spouse, Bruce Willis, during their daughter Tallulah Willis’ 30th birthday bash on December 3. The actor, who has kept a low profile due to his battle with frontotemporal dementia, joined them in a backyard setting, clad in a black jacket, gray pants, a gray scarf, and a gray and light blue baseball cap.
Demi accompanied her Instagram post with the caption, “Showering our @buuski with love today on her 30th birthday,” along with a heart symbol.
The Ghost actress also shared another photo featuring herself, Tallulah, their daughter Scout Willis (32), and the birthday girl’s partner Justin Acee.
Apart from Tallulah and Scout, the retired Die Hard star and his ex-wife, who divorced in 2000, are parents to Rumer Willis (35). In April of the previous year, the House Bunny actress welcomed her and partner Derek Richard Thomas’ first child, daughter Louetta, marking Bruce and Demi’s first grandchild.
Bruce resides with his wife of 14 years, Emma Heming Willis, and their daughters Mabel (11) and Evelyn (9). The actor, his current spouse, his ex, and their children have frequently come together over the years. In March 2022, the entire family announced Bruce’s diagnosis of aphasia, affecting his cognitive abilities and prompting him to step away from his acting career.
Less than a year later, in mid-February 2023, they disclosed that Bruce’s condition had worsened, receiving an updated diagnosis of frontotemporal dementia, characterized by communication challenges.
In October, Bruce’s longtime friend Glenn Gordon Caron provided an update on the 68-year-old, stating to the New York Post that the actor was “not totally verbal” anymore. Caron mentioned Bruce’s diminished language skills but emphasized that he’s still unmistakably Bruce.
Recently, Demi shared another update on her ex during a Good Morning America interview on January 31, mentioning that, “Given the givings, he’s doing very well.”
