Caitlin Clark nearly secured a unanimous Rookie of the Year title in the 2024 WNBA season. Her boyfriend, Connor McCaffery, showed his support after the announcement on Instagram.
BollywoodFever: Indiana Fever superstar Caitlin Clark was one vote shy of being the unanimous Rookie of the Year for the 2024 WNBA season. Despite one voter casting their ballot for her rival, Chicago Sky forward Angel Reese, Clark’s accomplishment remains remarkable. She finished her debut season with impressive averages of 19.2 points on 41.7 percent shooting, 5.7 rebounds, a league-leading 8.4 assists, 1.3 steals, and 3.1 three-pointers per game on 34.4 percent shooting.

More importantly, Clark led the Fever to their first playoff appearance in eight years, finishing with a 20-20 record and clinching the sixth seed. Unfortunately, their playoff run was cut short in the first round, losing 2-0 to the Connecticut Sun.
Through all of this, Clark’s boyfriend, Connor McCaffery, has been a constant source of support. McCaffery, a former Iowa basketball player and current Butler University assistant coach, took to Instagram to celebrate Clark’s Rookie of the Year recognition by simply reposting the WNBA’s announcement.

McCaffery and Clark, who have been together since April 2023, continue to go strong, having publicly shared their relationship in August of the same year.
