Caroline Brooks accuses Michael Davis of being Caroline Stanbury’s “sugar daddy,” claiming he pays all her bills. Drama unfolds on “The Real Housewives of Dubai.”
Bollywood Fever: Caroline Brooks has made sensational claims that Michael Davis, a close friend of Caroline Stanbury, is her “sugar daddy” who finances her lavish lifestyle. Brooks shared these allegations during an upcoming episode of the “Virtual Reali-Tea” podcast.
“Michael is basically Caroline’s sugar daddy,” Brooks revealed. The “Real Housewives of Dubai” star recounted an encounter with Davis during a night out in Dubai, where he was reportedly intoxicated and divulged that he finances Stanbury’s expenses. “He was like, ‘I pay all the bills,’” Brooks stated. “He was like, ‘I pay all the bills in that house. I pay for everything.’”
Brooks, 38, noted that Davis was particularly upset with Stanbury’s husband, Sergio José Carrallo Pendás, at the time, claiming, “Sergio needs to step up and take care of her because right now it’s all on me.” She further alleged that Davis boasted about buying all of Stanbury’s clothes and covering all her expenses.
These claims were also echoed by Chanel Ayan, Brooks’ co-star, during their confessionals on Tuesday’s episode of “RHODubai.” “When Michael drinks too much, he talks a little too much. Allegedly, Michael pays the mortgage, every utility, clothing, everything,” Brooks said. Ayan added, “Michael pays for all Caroline Stanbury’s bills, Michael pays for Caroline Stanbury’s maid’s bills, do you know that? When he’s drunk he tells you.”
Caroline Stanbury has yet to respond to these allegations. Previously, she had introduced viewers to Davis, noting his generosity in letting her and her husband stay at his home for several weeks. The two have been close friends for years.
Brooks and Stanbury’s friendship has deteriorated, especially after Taleen Marie, who was close to Brooks before joining Season 2, started bonding with Stanbury. This new dynamic caused Brooks to distance herself from both Stanbury and Marie.
Marie mentioned to Page Six, “I do think that once she saw that I was getting closer with all the girls, really, it just wasn’t going her way.” She expressed hope for reconciliation, stating, “It’s TV and you see different sides of people and there’s different dynamics with the other women and the drama is all real that happens. And it’s sad because we did have a solid friendship.”
“The Real Housewives of Dubai” airs Tuesdays at 9 p.m. ET on Bravo, with episodes available the next day on Peacock.
