Bollywood Fever: Chris Pratt is celebrating a special milestone—his son Jack’s 12th birthday. The proud dad took to Instagram to share a few touching photos of Jack enjoying time with some barnyard animals, accompanied by a heartfelt message.
“Happy Birthday to my wonderful son Jack,” Pratt wrote. “I thank God every day for you sweet boy. You are so smart, hilarious, kind, thoughtful, trustworthy and tough. I love you so much kiddo. Twelve!? I honestly can’t believe it.”
Jack is Pratt’s son with his ex-wife, Anna Faris, who is now married to cinematographer Michael Barrett. Pratt, who married Katherine Schwarzenegger in 2019, is also a father to two daughters, Lyla, 4, and Eloise, 2.
In a recent interview with E! News, Pratt opened up about his experiences as a father of three, noting how parenting has evolved over the years. “I think there’s a new age of parenting,” he said. Reflecting on his own childhood, Pratt mentioned, “I grew up, I did exactly what my parents said all the time. I never knew I could say ‘no’ to my parents.” He added that he’s trying to raise his kids in a way that allows them to express themselves while still understanding boundaries.
“They still know the meaning of the word ‘no’ from their mom. When it comes from me, they don’t seem to know what that means,” Pratt joked. “And I don’t really know what to do about it, but we’ll get there.”
Earlier in August, Pratt and Jack enjoyed some quality father-son time at a Los Angeles Dodgers game. The duo wore matching special edition jerseys with “Pratt” on the back and even got to go on the field, where Pratt threw out the first pitch to Dodgers pitcher Clayton Kershaw.
