Diddy is being sued by a woman alleging he drugged, assaulted, and impregnated her over four years. The lawsuit also accuses his team of coercion and harassment.
BollywoodFever: Music mogul Diddy is facing a lawsuit from an anonymous woman who claims he drugged, assaulted, and impregnated her over a four-year period. Legal documents obtained on Friday (Sept. 27) reveal that the Jane Doe plaintiff alleges she first met Diddy overseas in 2020 and was invited on an all-expenses-paid trip. The woman claims that between 2021 and 2022, Diddy pressured her into seeing him monthly, with his team allegedly using coercive and harassing language to facilitate the meetings.
Once at Diddy’s homes in Los Angeles, New York, and Miami, the plaintiff alleges that he spiked her drinks to pressure her into sexual encounters. In July 2022, she claims to have become pregnant after being forced to take ketamine and other drugs. She further alleges that Diddy and his team, including Yung Miami, pressured her into having an abortion before she suffered a miscarriage.

The lawsuit details other injuries sustained during their encounters, including unexplained bruises and a bite mark in 2022. The woman claims that Diddy continues to contact her to maintain control and even tracked her location at one point. The plaintiff is seeking damages for trauma, physical injuries, and financial loss.
The victim’s attorneys, Marie Napoli and Joseph L. Ciaccio, released a statement condemning the exploitation in the entertainment industry, saying, “No one is above the law. Fame and wealth do not protect Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs from serious allegations of sex trafficking and abuse.
