NFL reporter Erin Andrews shares her gratitude for Taylor Swift, whose appearance in a WEAR Chiefs jacket helped skyrocket Andrews’ clothing brand. The brand now partners with HSN.
BollywoodFever: Erin Andrews has been busier than ever, juggling her role as an NFL broadcaster for Fox Sports with her ventures as a podcast host and fashion entrepreneur. The 46-year-old launched her clothing line, WEAR by Erin Andrews, five years ago, and the brand has seen a major boost recently, thanks in large part to pop sensation Taylor Swift.
In a recent interview with PEOPLE, Andrews shared her excitement about WEAR’s new partnership with HSN, where a limited collection of her merchandise, including the Kansas City Chiefs jacket Swift wore at an October 2023 game, will now be available. “I’m just excited to be on HSN and to have this collection with them,” Andrews said.
Gratitude for Swift’s Support
Swift’s decision to wear the WEAR Chiefs windbreaker to the game against the Denver Broncos at Arrowhead Stadium had an immediate impact on the brand. Andrews admitted she was “forever grateful” to the singer for the unexpected endorsement that helped her small business flourish.
“This was big, man,” Andrews revealed in October 2023. “If you have anything and she puts it on… I mean if you own a Kleenex company and she wipes her — it’s like oh my God. Yes, this was a huge moment.”
Andrews, who reportedly played a role in introducing Swift to NFL star Travis Kelce, explained how Swift’s influence caused a surge in sales. “As soon as she wore it, I started screaming and freaking out… we restocked and sold out. Thank you, thank you Taylor Swift,” she said.
The NFL broadcaster also emphasized how much she appreciates women supporting female-owned small businesses, especially when the support comes from someone as influential as Swift.
With Swift’s massive following, any brand she associates with often experiences a significant boost, and Erin Andrews is now enjoying the ripple effect of that exposure.
