Binance employee Tigran Gambaryan, denied wheelchair access in court, faces health struggles as his lawyers file a new bail application on medical grounds, citing blocked access and urgent surgery needs.

Bollywood Fever: Jailed Binance employee Tigran Gambaryan faced significant distress in court as he was denied the use of a wheelchair, forcing him to use crutches despite his visible pain.

The incident occurred during his court appearance, where his lawyers promptly filed a new bail application on medical grounds, citing his deteriorating health and blocked access to necessary care.

The prosecution opposed the bail application, arguing that Tigran was not ill, despite medical records indicating the urgent need for surgery.

As the court proceedings continue, the judge is set to hear further arguments regarding the bail application and trial on September 4th.

During the hearing, Tigran pleaded for proper medical care, as well as access to legal counsel and embassy representatives.

In response, the judge ordered that Tigran be allowed the use of a wheelchair during future court appearances.

Tigran’s wife, Yuki Gambaryan, issued a public statement condemning the Nigerian government’s treatment of her husband.

She urged the U.S. government to intervene to secure Tigran’s release and criticized the authorities for withholding medical records and denying his health issues.

The situation has raised concerns over the handling of Tigran’s case and the broader implications for his rights to medical care and legal representation.

As the trial continues, all eyes are on the upcoming court date and the potential developments in his legal battle.
