NFL stars Jason and Travis Kelce have signed a lucrative deal with Wondery for their podcast “New Heights,” handing over global distribution and ad-sales rights in a multi-year agreement.
Bollywood Fever: Jason and Travis Kelce, the dynamic NFL brother duo, have inked a significant deal with Wondery, the Amazon-owned podcast company, for their popular show New Heights.
The agreement, reportedly valued in the nine-figure range, grants Wondery the rights to distribute the podcast, along with exclusive ad-sales representation.
Under this multi-year deal, Wondery will handle global distribution for all audio and video episodes of New Heights with Jason and Travis Kelce, as well as its back catalog. The partnership also opens the door for Wondery to create international adaptations of the show.
Despite the transition, Wave Sports + Entertainment, which has been with the podcast since its launch in 2022, will continue to provide production services.
New Heights has quickly become a fan favorite, offering listeners a unique blend of personal anecdotes, sports insights, and pop culture commentary from the Kelce brothers.
The podcast consistently ranks among the top sports shows on platforms like Apple and Spotify.
This deal comes during a significant year for both Jason and Travis Kelce. Jason, who retired from the NFL and the Philadelphia Eagles earlier this year, has since ventured into sports broadcasting with ESPN.
His life and career were also featured in the Prime Video documentary Kelce, which detailed his journey leading up to the Super Bowl LVII matchup against his brother.
Jason is also in talks to star in Lionsgate’s upcoming action-comedy Loose Cannons.
Travis Kelce, known not only for his football prowess but also for his high-profile relationship with Taylor Swift, has been expanding his presence in the entertainment world.
He recently hosted Saturday Night Live and has been cast in Ryan Murphy’s upcoming FX horror series Grotesquerie. Travis is also set to present Prime Video’s Are You Smarter Than a Celebrity?, and he made his debut as an executive producer on the indie film My Dead Friend Zoe, which premiered at SXSW.
Additionally, he’s producing King Pleasure, a documentary about artist Jean-Michel Basquiat. Travis is expected to return to the Kansas City Chiefs for the upcoming NFL season.
The Kelce brothers’ move to Wondery marks a new chapter for New Heights, as they continue to captivate audiences with their engaging content and expanding their influence beyond the football field.
