Jessina Diaz, arrested in a viral Disneyland video, claims the park wrongly removed her after paying for tickets. She plans to sue and share her side of the story on TikTok.
BollywoodFever: Jessina Diaz, the woman arrested in a viral video at Disneyland while wearing Mickey Mouse ears as her daughters cried for help, has announced plans to sue the California theme park. The 26-year-old claims she had paid for three tickets but was removed from the park for trespassing, with a Disneyland staff member allegedly confiscating her tickets and phone.
Diaz disputes park officials’ claims that she tried to sneak her daughters in by lying about their ages and plans to share her side of the story on TikTok. Disneyland officials stated that Diaz was arrested after failing to provide identification and obstructing an officer. Police also suspect this was at least the fourth time she attempted to sneak her children into the park.
Diaz received a citation following her arrest but insists that Disney is “twisting” the facts of the incident.
