Trivia
The first movie to feature Shahrukh Khan and Salman Khan on screen together.
The movie was originally entitled “Kaynaat”. Ajay Devgn was the first choice of Karan (Salman Khan).
Juhi Chawla was the first choice for the role of Sonia (Kajol).
Karishma Kapoor rejected the role, that Mamta Kulkarni eventually played.
Salman Khan was about to leave the film as he was simultaneously shooting for Hum Aapke Hain Kaun 1995 and was having a hectic schedule but when he spoke about this to Hum Aapke Hain Kaun director Sooraj Barjatya he insisted him not to leave such a good film.
Whole crew of the film weren’t convinced with films idea and asked to shelve the film. Actors like Rakhee ,Shahrukh Khan and Amrish Puri too were not convinced and told Rakesh Roshan they will do what ever he tells them. Only person convinced with him was Salman Khan.
