Jasveen Sangha, known as the “Ketamine Queen,” faces charges related to Matthew Perry’s death, just months after being indicted for distributing ketamine and methamphetamine.
Bollywood Fever: Jasveen Sangha, infamously known as the “Ketamine Queen,” has been charged in connection with the death of actor Matthew Perry, just months after facing a separate indictment for drug distribution.Â
TMZ has learned that Sangha was indicted in April for distributing ketamine and methamphetamine, adding to her legal troubles.
According to the U.S. Attorney, Sangha “knowingly and intentionally distributed ketamine” and methamphetamine in March, leading to her indictment in April.
During a search of her residence, federal agents discovered a significant stash of illegal drugs, including nearly 2 kilograms of methamphetamine in orange pill form and 79 bottles of liquid ketamine.
Authorities also found MDMA, Xanax, mushrooms, cocaine, and a firearm.
In addition to the drugs, authorities uncovered evidence of Sangha’s involvement in drug trafficking, including a green journal with handwritten notes detailing drug transactions, and video files on a seized phone showing her describing how to “cook” ketamine by converting it from liquid to powder form.
Sangha has pled not guilty in this prior case. However, her legal challenges have intensified with the charges related to Matthew Perry’s death.
She now faces multiple charges, including conspiracy to distribute ketamine, distribution of ketamine resulting in death, possession with intent to distribute ketamine, and altering and falsifying records related to a federal investigation. If convicted, Sangha could face up to life in prison.
The new charges come as a significant development in both Sangha’s criminal history and the investigation into the circumstances surrounding Matthew Perry’s tragic death.
