Kyle Richards was spotted at a Los Angeles farmers market on Sunday with two of her four daughters, Alexia, 28, and Portia, 16. The 55-year-old Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star, who has been facing financial difficulties with her estranged husband Mauricio Umansky, enjoyed the day out with her family. Alexia’s longtime boyfriend, Jake Zingerman, also joined the outing.
The family outing occurred less than two weeks after Mauricio was seen kissing 33-year-old Ukrainian actress Nikita Kahn at the airport in Mykonos, Greece.

Richards shared photos from the day on Instagram with her 4.3 million followers. One post, captioned “Farmers market with my [twin emoji] @alexiaumansky,” featured a picture with Alexia. Another snapshot, shared on her Stories, included a selfie of the entire group, whom she tagged individually.
Recently, documents obtained by DailyMail.com revealed that the Franchise Tax Board of California issued a tax lien against Kyle and Mauricio on June 25, 2024, for $6,542.50 in unpaid taxes for 2022. The tax lien listed their marital home’s address in Encino, which they purchased in 2017 for $8.2 million.

In March, it was reported that Mauricio moved out of their home and into a luxury condo in West Hollywood as the couple worked through their separation. The Agency co-founder has a total of $31,464.50 in unpaid taxes for 2022 and 2023. The multiple state tax liens were issued to UMRO Realty Corp/The Agency in the care of Mauricio, affecting his offices in Calabasas, Marina Del Rey, Pasadena, Beverly Hills, and Sherman Oaks.
Despite the financial stress, Kyle celebrated two years of being alcohol-free on July 18. She shared a gym selfie showing off her toned abs in a black sports bra and low-cut black leggings, along with a thoughtful caption reflecting on her journey.

“This week was my 2-year anniversary of being alcohol-free (July 15th). I can remember a time when the idea of going 2 weeks seemed impossible,” she wrote. “I’m proud of the fact that I’ve had the willpower to stay on this path. I know many people would love for me to start drinking again. Even friends with the best of intentions. Everyone loved ‘Party Kyle.’ I think that was the hardest part of all of this,” she confessed.
Richards continued, “But my mental and physical health became a lot more important to me than feeling like I had to be ‘on’ at a party or social setting.”
The family outing at the farmers market provided a brief respite from their ongoing challenges, offering moments of joy and togetherness amid the turmoil.
