Kanye West‘s former executive/personal assistant alleges he fired her after sending her offensive sexual texts and videos.
In her lawsuit, Lauren Pisciotta, who was a successful OnlyFans model earning $1 million a year through her bikini and lingerie photos, details her experience, reported by TMZ.
Kanye hired Lauren in July 2021 after they met while he was developing his fashion line. She collaborated with him on three songs for his album “Donda.”
A year later, Kanye asked her to become “God Like” and delete her OnlyFans account, promising to pay her $1 million a year in return. Lauren claims she agreed to this arrangement.
Pisciotta alleges that shortly after, Kanye began sending her a series of inappropriate text messages, including one that read, “See my problem is I be wanting to f*** but then after I f*** I want a girl to tell me how hard they been fed while I’m fing them. Then I want her to cheat on me …” The messages reportedly became even more explicit, detailing Kanye’s sexual fantasies.
One particularly disturbing text allegedly sent by Kanye read, “Is my d*** racist? It is. This fing racist d of mine. I’m going to beat this fing racist d for being fing racist. I’m going to stare at pictures of white women with black asses and beat the s out of my racist d*** … Beating the s*** out of his big black c***.”
In addition, Pisciotta claims Kanye would masturbate during phone conversations and ask if she could hear or guess what he was doing. She also alleges he had an unhealthy obsession with the size of her boyfriends’ penises.
The lawsuit states that Kanye sent her numerous sexual texts, videos, and photos, including at least two videos of him having sex with a model.
Lauren says she was promoted to Chief of Staff for Kanye’s various companies with a salary of $4 million. However, in October 2022, she was fired. She claims Kanye offered her a $3 million severance, which she accepted but was never paid.
Pisciotta is suing for breach of contract, sexual harassment, wrongful termination, and hostile work environment.
