BollywoodFever: A chilling video has been shown in court of Carly Gregg, a 15-year-old Mississippi girl, allegedly texting her friend moments after shooting her mother three times in the face.

In the disturbing footage, Gregg is seen wearing a Nirvana T-shirt and dark trousers, pacing through the hallway before disappearing from view.

Moments later, three gunshots are heard, followed by the screams of her mother, which then fall silent. Gregg is later seen sitting casually at the kitchen counter, texting as her family’s dogs wander around the scene.

According to the prosecution, Gregg used her mother’s phone to send a message to her stepfather, attempting to lure him home with the text: “When will you be home honey?” Police allege that, while waiting for Heath to return, Gregg texted a friend, under the alias B. W., telling them there was an “emergency” at her house.

When the friend arrived, Gregg allegedly asked, “Have you ever seen a dead body before?” and showed them her mother’s body.

Upon returning home, Heath Gregg was shot in the shoulder by Carly, but he managed to wrestle the gun away from her, causing her to flee the scene.

During his emotional testimony, Heath recounted the terrifying moments when he realized his wife had been shot. “There was blood on the right side of her face,” he told the court. He described Carly as a “sweet little girl,” but on the day of the shooting, she looked like she “had seen a demon.”

Prosecutors revealed that Gregg had been offered a 40-year plea deal, which she rejected, instead opting for an insanity defense.

Dr. Andrew Clark, a psychiatrist, testified that Gregg may have “blacked out” for over 90 minutes during the crime. He mentioned that she had experienced “auditory hallucinations” in the years leading up to the murder but had never been instructed by the voices to commit violence.

Clark also pointed out that Gregg had begun using marijuana regularly and was afraid of her mother discovering her habit.

Additionally, Gregg had been prescribed medications such as Lexapro and Zoloft for mood disorders.

She now faces charges of murder, attempted murder, and evidence tampering. If convicted, Gregg could be sentenced to life in prison.
