Officers responded to a call around 9:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 29, 2024, where they discovered a 52-year-old male victim, later identified as Cornall Ross, with a fatal gunshot wound.
Upon arrival, officers found Ross deceased in the driveway of a home. After further investigation, it was determined that a juvenile subject acted in self-defense. The case will now be presented to a grand jury for further consideration.
