As the New York Giants prepare for the season opener against the Vikings, several of their wide receivers, including rookie Malik Nabers, have been ranked in PFF’s Top 400 Fantasy Football Rankings for 2024.
Bollywood Fever: As the New York Giants gear up for their season opener against the Minnesota Vikings on September 8, Pro Football Focus (PFF) has spotlighted several of their wide receivers in its “Fantasy Football Rankings 2024: Top 400.”Â
While making this list doesn’t guarantee elite status, it does provide a glimpse into which Giants receivers could offer value in fantasy leagues this season.
Leading the Giants’ receiving corps is rookie Malik Nabers, ranked 41st overall and 20th among wide receivers.
Despite being the highest-ranked Giant, Nabers still has much to prove. Selected sixth overall in the 2024 NFL Draft, the LSU standout left college as the school’s all-time leader in receptions (189) and receiving yards (3,003).
His explosive playmaking ability positions him as a potential key asset for New York’s offense, but he must successfully transition his college success to the NFL level.
Wan’Dale Robinson, ranked 69th among wide receivers, comes off a strong 2023 season where he led the Giants with 60 receptions for 525 yards.
Known for his versatility, Robinson provides a multi-dimensional threat. However, like Nabers, he still has room to elevate his performance to an elite status.
Jalin Hyatt, ranked 75th, is another receiver to keep an eye on. Hyatt averaged an impressive 16.2 yards per catch during his rookie season, showcasing flashes of potential as a deep threat.
However, his ranking in PFF’s tier 9 indicates that he needs to demonstrate more consistency to become a more prominent fantasy football option.
Darius Slayton, ranked 83rd among wide receivers, rounds out the Giants’ presence in PFF’s rankings. A reliable performer for New York, Slayton has led the team in receiving yards in four of his first five seasons.
Despite his dependability, his lower ranking highlights the need for greater consistency to solidify his standing in both real and fantasy football.
PFF’s rankings provide Giants fans with a realistic view of their receiving corps ahead of the season opener against the Vikings.
With room to grow, these receivers have the opportunity to exceed expectations as the season unfolds.
