It has been reported that Gregory A. Locke, a 33-year-old city administrative law judge, has been moonlighting as a porn star on the OnlyFans platform. Since creating his account in November 2020, Locke has posted over 100 items and charges fans a monthly subscription fee of $12. He also operates another X-rated account on JustFor.Fans, where he charges $9.99.

Locke’s OnlyFans profile includes a description that reads, “White collar professional by day… very unprofessional by night. always amateur, always raw, always slutty.” The account features numerous graphic images and videos of hardcore pornography, orgies, and even shows Locke drinking the contents of what appear to be used condoms.

Locke’s actions have raised questions about his suitability to serve as a city administrative law judge. It remains unclear whether he will face any disciplinary action for his participation in the adult entertainment industry.

“I just want to celebrate Labor Day by having a man impregnate me,” he said in one post.

In another, Locke — who was paid $58 an hour by taxpayers to adjudicate parking tickets — even references his day job.

“I was never going to focus on work if I didn’t let this out,” he wrote on OnlyFans in November 2022 before masturbating in front of a camera.

“Guess what kind of porn I was watching in the middle of my work day during this quick orgasm break,” he said in another.

“I’m a judge,” he proudly wrote in January from a Twitter account where he frequently posted X-rated images and video.

The amount of money that Locke earns from his work in the adult industry remains unclear. According to Dominic Ford, the founder of JustFor.Fans, Locke has the potential to earn over $100,000 annually if he were to post more content.

However, Locke’s behavior on social media has also come under scrutiny. In a tweet from his PG-rated account on March 1, Locke made an inappropriate comment about New York City Mayor Eric Adams, saying, “Eric Adams can suck my c–t.” This tweet was posted while he was still serving as a judge.

More recently, Locke engaged in a public argument with City Councilwoman Vickie Paladino on Twitter. In response to Paladino’s criticism of Drag Queen Story Hour in public libraries and schools, Locke told her to “choke on a d–k.” These comments have raised concerns about Locke’s ability to exercise good judgment, particularly given his position as a city administrative law judge.

According to City Councilwoman Vickie Paladino, Locke’s involvement in the adult entertainment industry undermines public trust in the integrity and impartiality of the legal system. “This city must have absolute faith in its courts at every level, and employing individuals like Mr. Locke in positions of legal authority only corrodes the people’s trust in the professionalism and impartiality of our institutions,” Paladino stated.

Paladino also noted that Locke’s off-duty activities violate city regulations that prohibit administrative law judges from engaging in behavior that could compromise their impartiality or bring discredit to their position. Such rules stipulate that judges “shall conduct all of his or her extra-judicial activities so that they do not cast reasonable doubt on the city administrative law judge’s capacity to act impartially as a city administrative law judge” and “do not detract from the dignity of judicial office.”

It was ultimately Paladino’s official complaint regarding Locke’s inappropriate tweet that led to the Finance Department investigating his conduct.

He was fired Tuesday for “unprofessional behavior.”

His city bosses were unaware of his very public side gig in porn and Finance officials did not respond to questions about how he was vetted for the job.

Locke did not respond to repeated requests for comment from The Post.
