TRIVIA

The movie is based on a Gujarati play called Kanji Virudh Kanji (literally Kanji vs. Kanji), and with a plot similar to that of the Australian film The Man Who Sued God.

The bike Akshay’s character rides is worth 1 million Rupees (~$18162.00).

The number plate of Krishna’s bike says “OM + 786”, identifying the three major religions.

Shahrukh Khan was also expected to play a supporting role in the film but later opted out of the project.

OMG Oh My God! was banned in the United Arab Emirates.

The story of this movie has similarities to an Australian film ‘The Man Who Sued God’. Yet the screenplay is based on a Gujarati stage-play entitled Kanji Virudh Kanji in original.
