The phrase “Hum Hain Rahi Pyar Ke, Phir Milenge Chalte Chalte,” repeated many times in the movie, is actually a combination of three Bollywood movies that starred the three big Khans: Hum Hain Rahi Pyar Ke (1993) with Aamir Khan, Phir Milenge (2004) with Salman Khan, and Chalte Chalte (2003) with Shah Rukh Khan, who was the lead in this movie.
Before Mohabbatien, Aditya Chopra wanted to make this film with Shah Rukh Khan and Manisha Koirala. When Dil Se flopped, he decided not to make the film.
