BollywoodFever: Marie-Lou Nurk, known from Selling Sunset, is officially engaged to French businessman Ronan Lebraut.
Nurk shared the exciting news with fans on Wednesday, September 11, through a heartwarming TikTok video.
The video captures the special moment when Lebraut, 47, surprises Nurk, 26, by whisking her away on a boat to a secluded beach.
As they arrive, white flowers are arranged on the sand in front of a sign reading, “Will you marry me?” The footage shows Lebraut presenting Nurk with a ring, which she joyfully accepts, followed by an emotional embrace. “YES” appears as text on the screen, with Nurk captioning the post, “Always you.”
In the video, the couple’s family and friends are seen celebrating with them, marking the special occasion.
Nurk went public with her relationship with Lebraut in August 2023, just three months after her breakup with Selling Sunset co-star Jason Oppenheim.
The German model shared a sweet Instagram post with her new fiancé, expressing how happy and grateful she was to have him in her life.
Nurk and Oppenheim had dated for nearly a year, first spotted together in Greece in July 2022.
Their relationship was featured briefly in season 6 of Selling Sunset, where the significant age gap between them raised eyebrows.
Despite their connection, the couple struggled with long distance, as Nurk divided her time between the U.S. and Paris.
In April 2023, she acknowledged the challenges of maintaining their relationship on Instagram, stating that while they both made efforts to stay connected, it was tough to balance their lives across different countries.
The distance eventually led to the end of their romance in May 2023. Oppenheim confirmed the split via Instagram, expressing that while they still cared for each other, the separation was too difficult to overcome.
He added that they remain close friends and continue to support one another.
Now, Nurk is moving forward with a new chapter in her life, engaged to Lebraut, surrounded by love and excitement.
