The TikTok user – whose real name is Bacari-Bronze O’Garro – was issued with the two-year criminal behaviour order on Wednesday after invading a family’s house for a prank.
TikTok prankster Mizzy, also known as Bacari-Bronze O’Garro, has been placed under arrest and held in custody after appearing in court. He is facing charges for posting a video online without obtaining consent from the individuals involved. The charges against the 18-year-old stem from three violations of a criminal behaviour order that was specifically implemented to prevent him from sharing such clips.
The order was issued to O’Garro on Wednesday, subsequent to his entry into a family home as part of a TikTok “prank” video. Following an investigation into footage shared on social media, the police have now pressed three counts of breaching the order against him.
During the court hearing on Saturday, held at an address provided by O’Garro on Crayford Road, Dartford, the teenager pleaded not guilty. The prosecution, represented by Rose Edwin, stated that two of the alleged offences occurred on Thursday. O’Garro stands accused of posting a video on social media without the consent of the individuals featured. Additionally, he is alleged to have visited the Westfield shopping centre in Stratford on the same day, an action prohibited by the order.
Further allegations claim that O’Garro visited Hackney on Friday, where he is accused once again of posting a video on social media without obtaining consent from the people involved.
O’Garro has been remanded in custody until a subsequent hearing scheduled for 2pm on Tuesday.
