BollywoodFever: Denver Broncos running back Tyler Badie is reportedly recovering well following a medical scare during the team’s 10-9 win over the New York Jets.
While the team has yet to provide an official update on the 24-year-old’s condition, multiple reports indicate that he is “doing OK” and expected to be alright.
KOA Colorado’s Brandon Krisztal shared on X that Badie even flew back to Denver on Sunday night, accompanied by a member of the Broncos’ medical staff. The running back’s mother also took to social media to express her gratitude for the support and prayers her son received.
The incident occurred early in the second quarter after a hit from Jets linebacker Quincy Williams. As the broadcast returned from a commercial break, Badie was seen down on the field receiving medical attention. He was stretchered off and did not return for the remainder of the game.
While Broncos head coach Sean Payton did not provide any postgame updates, Badie’s teammate Javonte Williams commented on the situation, describing Badie as a “fighter.
As Denver prepares for their upcoming AFC West matchup against the Las Vegas Raiders, it remains unclear if Badie will be cleared to return to the field.
