Mary-Brian Clarke, a fashion influencer from the United States, has passed away only two months after the death of her boyfriend and model, Jeremy Ruehlemann. The sad news was announced by her family in an online obituary where they paid tribute to Mary-Brian as a talented public relations employee who worked with brands such as TIBI, Elizabeth Bensinger, and MadHappy.
She passed away unexpectedly on March 21, and her family shared that she will always be remembered for her contagious laugh, witty sense of humor, and unique ability to connect with others. They also described her as a talented and influential individual in her industry.
Her family also described Clarke as a “talented influence” in her industry.
“She was a light to everyone who knew her which came from her belief in the good of others,” the obituary read.
“The angels in heaven will certainly benefit from her sense of style and fashion.
“Arriving at the gates of heaven in one of many pairs of unique sunglasses, more rings than her fingers could hold, and either a furry jacket or hat and a one-of-a-kind pair of trendy sneakers, and that magnificent smile that was a magnet for all.”
Clarke’s family has encouraged loved ones to direct their donations to charity Family Legacy, an organisation that helps children in Zambia, as a way of honouring Clarke’s legacy.
She is survived by her parents, Resa and Brian Clarke, and her siblings Abby, Hanna and Jack.
The reason for Clarke’s passing is yet to be disclosed. The devastating news follows the death of her boyfriend, Jeremy Ruehlemann, who was a 27-year-old model on the rise in the industry.
As reported by The US Sun, Ruehlemann had worked with renowned fashion designer Christian Siriano and modeled for other well-known brands such as Superdry, Macy’s, and Zara. He was also featured in GQ and Playhaus Magazine. Siriano shared his heartfelt condolences for his friend on Instagram, stating that Ruehlemann was a beautiful soul who spread love to everyone he met. The circumstances surrounding Ruehlemann’s death remain unknown.
