Thalapathy Vijay and Keerthy Suresh starrer Sarkar is set to make a grand entry at the box office on November 6. But it looks like the political action thriller is set to break records before its release. Apparently, the film has got 3000 screens and will be released across 80 countries, thus making it widest Tamil release ever. With this number of screens, we expect Sarkar to set new benchmarks at the ticket windows.

Looking at the buzz around the film, we are sure that it will give stiff competition to Bollywood biggie like Thugs of Hindostan in the southern market and international circuits. Talking about the role of Vijay, the character of him is somewhat similar to Google CEOs Sundar Pichai, who is a tech-executive in America. He comes back to Tamil Nadu to enter politics. The film will address lots of social problems in Tamil Nadu and the climax will be the highlight of the film. The political thriller will have a lot of twists and turns and will keep you glued to your seat.
The album of Sarkar is composed by Music Maestro and Academy Award winner AR Rahman. Since the film has marked the reunion of director AR Murugadoss and Vijay after Kaththi and Thupakki, the expectations from Sarkar are sky-high. Talking about the film, the director had earlier said, After Thupakki and Kaththi, we wanted to give something new and better to the audience, and hence we came up with this film called Sarkar. The film also stars Johny Tri Nguyen, Varalaxmi Sarathkumar, Radha Ravi and Yogi Babu in pivotal roles.
