After perfect start on Day 1, Karthi starrer Viruman is doing exceptionally well on Day 2 Saturday.
The movie made in the minimal budget and doing great at the the ticket window.
After many high-fi action films a simple rural movie winning hearts all over Tamil Nadu.
Karthi’s Viruman started its journey with Box Office India Net collection of 6.95cr. on Day 1.
And on Day 2 Saturday movie started well with the morning occupancy of 21-23%
Afternoon and evening shows registered good growth and occupancy was around 40%
Morning Occupancy: 23%
Afternoon Occupancy: 35%
Evening Occupancy: 40%
Night shows expected occupancy is around 50-55%.
As per our early estimates Viruman will collect around 8.30cr. Net India.

Viruman is an Indian Tamil-language masala film written and directed by M. Muthaiah.
The film features Karthi and debutant Aditi Shankar, while Rajkiran, Prakash Raj, Soori, Karunas, Vadivukkarasi, and Saranya Ponvannan play supporting roles.
The film is produced by Jyothika and Suriya under 2D Entertainment.
Music is composed by Yuvan Shankar Raja and cinematography is handled by Selvakumar S. K.
Plot: Viruman, a village youngster, leaves his house when he finds out that his father, Muniyandi, is the reason for his mother’s suicide. Since then, there has always been a rivalry between the both of them.
