Yung Miami Fires Back at DJ Akademiks, Defending Her Talent and Responding to Diddy's Criticism
In the world of hip-hop, tensions have once again escalated between DJ Akademiks and Yung Miami, as the prominent blogger recently unleashed a scathing tirade against the City Girls rapper, questioning her talent and calling on Diddy to intervene.
The feud resurfaced when a video of DJ Akademiks berating Yung Miami started circulating on Tuesday (May 30), capturing his disparaging remarks about her artistic abilities.
During a Twitch stream, DJ Akademiks didn't hold back, labeling Yung Miami a "clown" and dismissing her as a one-trick pony.
He asserted, "Yung Miami is, to me, a clown. She's a one-trick pony. She is not talented [enough] to do anything else. The only active talent is to be like, 'Yo, I'm pimping these dudes out.'
While you come out in interviews and you were crying. You talked to Diddy to DM me. 'Yo, please, he's calling me a side chick.'"
Not content with directing his criticism solely at Yung Miami, DJ Akademiks turned his attention towards Diddy himself.
In a direct message to the hip-hop mogul, he issued a public plea, stating, "Diddy, the only reason I'm going back in on her, I heard her on some show, she called me a very naughty word. Diddy... respect to you but check your girl."
Yung Miami, not one to back down, swiftly responded to the situation in the comment section of an Instagram blog, delivering a terse reply by simply stating, "Batty Boy," a Jamaican slang term used to describe a homosexual individual.
This is not the first time DJ Akademiks has ignited a feud with Yung Miami. The initial clash erupted when the blogger referred to her as Diddy's side piece after the Bad Boy Entertainment founder disclosed that he had fathered a child with another woman while dating the rapper in December of last year.
The back-and-forth between DJ Akademiks and Yung Miami prompted Diddy to intervene and set the record straight regarding his relationship with Caresha. Taking to Twitter, Diddy emphatically declared, "[Yung Miami] is not my side chick. Never has been, never will be.
She's very important and special to me, and I don't play about my Shawty Wop. I don't discuss things on the internet, and I will not start today."
As this ongoing feud between DJ Akademiks and Yung Miami continues to captivate the hip-hop community, fans and industry insiders eagerly await further developments and potential resolutions to this highly publicized clash.
