BollywoodFever: Hannah Rose, a 20-year-old paranormal enthusiast from West Yorkshire, has amassed a collection of 14 haunted dolls, which she claims can occasionally “wreak havoc.” Her passion for the paranormal began at the age of seven when she encountered her first ghost, sparking a lifelong interest that has now turned into caring for haunted dolls.
One of her dolls, Louise, once scratched her arm during a communication session, though the two have since “made up.” Hannah explained that activity around the dolls fluctuates, with one named Mildred often hiding important items like house keys and makeup. Despite these challenges, Hannah remains committed to her unusual collection.
“I have been scratched by Louise, but we made up after a communication session,” Hannah shared. “I feel like this is what I was born to do as a psychic medium.”
Hannah’s fascination with haunted objects developed in her teenage years after discovering her mother could also see spirits, leading her to believe that the ability might be genetic. It wasn’t long before she began collecting haunted dolls, starting with her first purchase on eBay—Catherine.
Her dolls require constant care, including regular communication sessions using specialized paranormal equipment and cleansing rituals with incense and juniper to maintain their energy. While they occasionally cause disruptions, such as turning off the TV or messing with shower temperatures, Hannah embraces these occurrences as part of the unique bond she shares with them.
“I didn’t find it scary, to be honest,” she said about the scratch incident. “I would be more frightened if she had hurt my family or pets, but she hasn’t.”
Hannah believes that these spirits deserve understanding homes, and she plans to continue collecting and caring for them throughout her life.
