Sarah Jessica Parker Radiates Elegance During NYC Outing Amid Filming ‘And Just Like That’

Bollywood Fever: Sarah Jessica Parker looked radiant during a casual outing in New York City on Friday. The 59-year-old actress, known for her role in “Sex and the City,” donned a baby blue trench-coat style dress with scattered triangle cutouts.
Parker styled her blonde locks parted down the middle and pulled back in a long braid. Her glowing skin stole the show, as she opted for light makeup that highlighted her pout and blue eyes.
Accessorizing her look, the “Footloose” star wore pearl earrings, a silver chain necklace, silver heels, matching rings, and layered bracelets. She smiled at fans while carrying a blue tote bag during her stroll.
The sighting comes as Parker films HBO’s “And Just Like That” in New York City. She has been busy shooting the highly-anticipated third season of the “Sex and the City” sequel series.
Earlier this month, Parker shared on her Instagram Story that she was on set filming the latest episodes. She captioned the photos: “Day 17. Harlem, NY. X, SJ.”
Production for the upcoming third season of “And Just Like That” kicked off in early May, and Parker has been frequently spotted filming around New York City.
Late last month, Parker was seen on set with John Corbett, who reprises his role as Carrie Bradshaw’s love interest Aidan Shaw. At the end of season two, Carrie and Aidan called off their relationship again as he left to go to Virginia to care for his son for the next five years.
The series, set years after the original “Sex and the City,” brought closure when Kim Cattrall made a minor appearance in the season two finale. Although Cattrall filmed her scenes separately from the rest of the cast due to a real-life falling out with Parker, her character Samantha Jones caught up with Carrie over the phone.
Fans have been critical of the style in the spin-off series, missing the magic touch of “Sex and the City” costume designer Patricia Field. Field, currently working on “Emily In Paris,” briefly returned to style Cattrall’s one-off cameo as Samantha in “And Just Like That.”
The release date for the upcoming third season has not yet been announced as production is still ongoing. “Sex and the City” originally ran from 1998 to 2004, with two follow-up films released in 2008 and 2010.
