The stunt, which took place on Sunday, May 18, left Annie experiencing heavy bleeding and discomfort, prompting her to seek medical attention. In an interview with Us Weekly, Knight admitted:
“I’m not doing very well, I’ve been bleeding a lot since the challenge. It was definitely a bit raw down there and I did get a small cut.”
Knight, who also suffers from endometriosis, isn’t sure whether her condition or the sheer scale of the encounter caused the complications. She posted an update from the hospital to her Instagram Story, where she appeared in a hospital gown and shared:
“I guess 583 guys in a day isn’t that good for your body… I’ll definitely survive, but it is quite painful and unpleasant at the moment.”

The controversial event attracted over 2,000 sign-ups, with more than 500 participants ultimately taking part. Attendees wore custom condoms and bright pink balaclavas for anonymity. Knight was shocked by the turnout, expecting only around 200.
The challenge more than doubled her previous personal record of 24 men in a day, and she now says she’s over halfway toward her goal of sleeping with 1,000 men in 2025.
“I was shocked by how easy it felt, even with the consequences,” she shared.
💬 Annie Defends Her Choice
Knight has faced her fair share of online criticism, but remains unapologetic about her work and the men involved in the event:
“People get so uptight about it. At the end of the day, these men just want to have sex… I’m providing a service for free.”
She added:
“It really upsets me when I see people coming after the guys… I feel quite protective of them.”
Annie’s sexual tally is rising fast — with 300 partners in 2023, 600 in 2024, and a bold plan to reach 1,000 in the next year.

Knight isn’t the only adult performer aiming for four-figure feats. Adult stars Bonnie Blue and Lily Phillips have also attempted similar challenges. Bonnie claimed to have slept with 1,057 men in 24 hours, while Lily reportedly reached 101 in one day.
