Anne Hathaway Stuns in Gap’s Custom Shirtdress by Zac Posen at Bulgari Event
On May 20, Anne Hathaway captivated audiences with an all-white ensemble at the Bulgari Aeterna High Jewelry Event in Rome. The actress, known for wearing top fashion brands, showcased a custom poplin shirtdress designed by Gap Inc.’s new creative director, Zac Posen. Starting tomorrow, May 28, the dress will be available for pre-order on Gap.com.

The Poplin White Shirtdress, made from 100-percent organic cotton, will retail for $158. It will be available online in limited quantities and offered in sizes 00 to 16. The pre-sale starts at 12 PM Eastern/9 AM Pacific on Tuesday, May 28, with orders shipping in July.
“Designing this custom white shirt dress was an exciting opportunity to reimagine Gap’s classic white shirt,” says Posen. “By incorporating elements like the shirt’s collar and placket, and adding feminine touches with darting at the waist, we created a modern look that pays homage to the elegance of Audrey Hepburn in Roman Holiday,” he continues.
For Anne Hathaway’s complete look, celebrity stylist Erin Walsh paired the deconstructed dress with white pumps, a semi-sheer corset, and mini shorts. Hathaway was also adorned with Bulgari jewels.
To enhance your summer wardrobe, Gap will also release its white summer classics collection on Wednesday, May 29. The collection will feature white blouses, t-shirts, jeans, chinos, and dresses. Plus, you can shop what remains of the popular Gap x Dôen capsule.
