The following day, Teigen, 38, was seen in a sheer, floral embellished dress, which would have complemented the gala’s theme of “Sleeping Beauties: Reawakening Fashion” and the dress code of “The Garden of Time.”
The dress, featuring a nude mesh design with a sophisticated tulle train, was paired with sparkly open-toe heels and a small white beaded purse. Teigen showcased this ensemble at the 2024 Accessories Council Excellence Awards on Tuesday, May 7, at The Pierre Hotel in New York City.
The Accessories Council established the awards in 1996 to honor those who have made significant contributions to the accessory industry. According to its website, the recipients are recognized for their lasting impact and influence across all accessory categories.
Teigen shared on Instagram Stories that she was traveling to New York, posting a photo of herself in black athleisure and a neck brace. Earlier, she had informed fans about her neck injury from attempting a headstand, humorously referring to her neck brace as a “CVS neckbrace.”
