These individuals have used platforms like YouTube and Twitter (formerly known as X) to announce their departure, stating that they have been “kicked” from the organization following Banks’ announcement of a “reboot.”

Many of these creators had been part of FaZe Clan for many years, some since the organization’s inception. As more creators announced their exit from FaZe Clan, Banks addressed the situation on Twitter, admitting that he was “ok with being the bad guy.”

He explained, “One of FaZe’s biggest issues has been how separated everyone’s been in terms of vision, value, type of content, direction career is headed. And all I can really say is, we feel like it’s important to be very clear-cut about who’s actively representing the brand the way we want it to be represented.”

Banks also expressed that FaZe Clan had been “all over the place,” with creators acting like “greedy pigs.” By streamlining the membership and reorganizing the organization, Banks emphasized that the group would “outlive any one person that wears the name.”

In the midst of these changes, Banks made his first post on the official FaZe Clan Twitter account since March 4. The post featured a new digitized FaZe Clan logo and a brief clip showing the organization “deleting” old members.

Shortly after the video was posted on the official account, Banks revealed the 14 members who would remain part of the organization.
