Mizzou Student Riley Strain Found Deceased After Being Reported Missing
The Metro Nashville Police Department has confirmed that a body recovered from the Cumberland River in West Nashville early Friday morning has been identified as Riley Strain, a University of Missouri student who was previously reported missing.
Metro Nashville Police Department Tweeted: The body of Riley Strain was recovered from the Cumberland River in West Nashville this morning, approximately 8 miles from downtown. No foul play-related trauma was observed. An autopsy is pending.
The discovery came two weeks after the 22-year-old went missing while on a fraternity trip in Nashville.
