Former Volleyball Star Ale Siewart Boasts About Post-Surgery Transformation for Adult Film Career
Retired Brazilian volleyball player Ale Siewart undergoes penis enlargement surgery, claiming his manhood now resembles a “water bottle” as he begins a new career in the adult film industry.
BollywoodFever: Former Brazilian volleyball star Ale Siewart, standing at 7ft tall, has revealed his dramatic post-retirement career shift into the adult film industry, along with details of his recent penis enlargement surgery. Siewart, now an adult film actor, proudly shared his transformation on social media, claiming that his manhood now resembles a “water bottle” following the procedure.
The towering ex-athlete underwent a cosmetic procedure to enhance both the length and girth of his penis, a move he believes will give him an edge in his new line of work. “What was big got bigger,” Siewart boasted to fans, further revealing that his manhood has grown so significantly that he can no longer close his hand around it. He added humorously, “I would like to walk without clothes, right now I don’t know where to put it anymore.”

Performed by aesthetic surgeon Dr. Vitor Mello, the procedure, known as ‘Overpants’, is a quick, non-surgical technique that reportedly takes 40 minutes. The process involves injecting body fat or fillers to increase both the length and diameter of the penis. According to Dr. Mello, the method is safe and comfortable, offering “impressive and natural results.”
Siewart, who enjoyed success on the volleyball court before retiring, expressed excitement about starting his new career, saying, “I never imagined this would become a career, but when I realized the opportunity to unite my passions, I decided to invest in it.”
However, medical professionals have raised concerns about the potential risks associated with such procedures. Some caution that complications, including erectile dysfunction or even a reduction in penis size, could occur if the surgery goes wrong.
