Aishwariya Rai shot few scenes for the film but later she had to opt out of the film due to her pregnancy as her character required drinking and smoking for some scenes.

Kareena Kapoor, after this movie, became addicted to smoking cigarettes again and smokes regularly now, since she started smoking cigarettes in this film due to her character doing it.

The poster is also strikingly similar to a Indian novel ‘The Lost Flamingoes of Bombay’ by Siddharth Dhanvant Shangvi.

Kareena Kapoor wore over 130 different dresses by top fashion designers from all over the world. It has been reported that Kareena’s wardrobe for the film was one of the most expensive out of all the Bollywood movies ever created.
