Atlanta Rapper OJ Da Juiceman Arrested on Drug Trafficking and Gun Charges
Bollywoodfever, March 14: Atlanta rapper OJ Da Juiceman, real name Otis Williams Jr., is currently facing legal issues following his arrest in Coweta County, Georgia.
The incident, confirmed by police records and reported by XXL on March 13, occurred on March 4.
Williams has been charged with a multitude of offenses, including cocaine trafficking, intent to distribute narcotics, firearm possession, obstructing law enforcement, tampering with evidence, and evading police.
He is being held without the possibility of bond, with his next court appearance scheduled for December 25.
The arrest ensued after a traffic stop for speeding led to a brief pursuit by police, as reported by TMZ.
The chase ended with Williams being apprehended, and authorities discovered cocaine and a 9 mm handgun in his 2024 Ford Expedition.
This is not Williams’ first encounter with the law; he was previously arrested in May 2022 in Hardin County, Kentucky. During that incident, he faced charges including illegal handgun possession by a previously convicted felon, marijuana possession, and possession of drug paraphernalia, though he was released on bond the same day.
