Daphne Joy Accuses 50 Cent of Rape and Physical Abuse Amidst Legal Battle with Diddy, Which He Denies
BollywoodFever, March 29: Daphne Joy has leveled serious allegations of rape and physical abuse against 50 Cent, coinciding with his legal move to obtain sole custody of their son.
Through an Instagram post, Joy brought attention to her claims, stating, “Let’s put the real focus on your true evil actions of raping me and physically abusing me. You are no longer my oppressor and my God will handle you from this point on.”
Joy, who shares an 11-year-old son, Sire, with the 48-year-old G-Unit rapper, expressed her disillusionment with 50 Cent, born Curtis Jackson, accusing him of destroying any remaining hope for him as a father due to his “last and final false claims against me.”
The 37-year-old OnlyFans model criticized 50 Cent’s approach to life and co-parenting, revealing that despite living close by in New York, he had very limited interaction with their son over two years. She conveyed her exhaustion with maintaining a positive image of him for their son, an image she believes he never deserved.
In response, a representative for 50 Cent told Page Six, “The disturbing allegations in the sworn pleadings recently filed in a court case related to Daphne Joy the mother of my 12-year-old child, has required me to take all necessary legal actions to protect my son Sire.
The most recent false and baseless accusations by Daphne Joy are clearly in response to my decision to seek sole custody of my son. My son Sire is my main priority and keeping him in a safe environment is my only focus at this time.”
The custody battle between Joy and 50 Cent emerges amidst allegations connecting Joy to a lawsuit involving Sean “Diddy” Combs, labeled as 50’s rival. Joy was implicated as one of three women purportedly involved with Combs, leading 50 Cent to pursue sole custody of Sire. Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones has accused Combs of sexual assault and sex trafficking in a $30 million lawsuit, with Joy among the women Combs allegedly supported financially for sex work, claims Combs’ former attorney has fervently denied.
Following these developments, 50 Cent mocked Joy on social media regarding her alleged involvement, showcasing his surprise and amusement at the accusations against her.
The relationship between 50 and Joy, spanning 2011 to 2012 and ending shortly after their son’s birth, has seen moments of amicable co-parenting shared publicly, despite the current contentious legal and personal disputes.
