Bollywood Fever: The 64-year-old former boyfriend of Jordon Hudson, the 24-year-old former cheerleader now dating Bill Belichick, has come to her defense amidst accusations of being a gold digger.
Joshua Zuckerman, a businessman, praised Hudson for being “wise beyond her years.” He told TMZ Sports that he met Hudson several years ago, bonding over shared interests in psychology, philosophy, and nature before their relationship became romantic.
The pair had an on-and-off relationship before ending it just before Hudson became serious with Belichick. Zuckerman maintains a friendly relationship with Hudson even after their romantic relationship ended.
In a statement to TMZ, Zuckerman expressed surprise at the negative comments about Hudson. “I’ve been getting calls left and right from news stations about my relationship with Jordon Hudson,” he said. “I have been involved with Jordon platonically and romantically and I consider her a good friend. I feel bad that she’s caught up in this whirlwind.”
He added, “I’m a former business owner in the healthcare field — we regularly discuss business and shared interest in psychology, philosophy, and most important, our love of nature. She is wise beyond her years, much more than any 20-something I’ve ever met in my life. The narrative about her character is not fair to her.”
Zuckerman also urged people to give Hudson and Belichick some privacy. “To be honest, I wish these internet trolls and paparazzi would leave her alone — and everyone else alone — and let them live their lives.”
Belichick and Hudson bonded over a shared interest in philosophy when they met on a flight from Boston to Florida. Hudson was reading a philosophy book for a college class, which sparked their conversation. Belichick later thanked her for “giving me a course on logic,” signing his note with a list of his six Super Bowl titles.
Recently, Hudson and Belichick have been seen together on Nantucket Island, Massachusetts, with photos showing Hudson clinging to Belichick’s arm and the two boarding Belichick’s boat, named “VIII Rings” after his titles with the Patriots and the New York Giants.
Hudson’s relationship with Belichick has surprised some of her friends and former pageant competitors. Speaking to the New York Post, a former Miss Mass. Teen USA 2020 competitor expressed curiosity about the relationship, noting, “He’s old enough to be her grandfather!” Another friend speculated they might have met on the upscale dating app Raya and was shocked to hear about Belichick flying commercial, where he met Hudson.
An anonymous friend from the beauty pageant world added that Hudson is not typically a “pageant girl” and mentioned her participation in state competitions for Maine and Alaska, from which she withdrew, possibly related to the news of her relationship with Belichick.
