Hayden Hopkins has debunked rumors that she is expecting a child with Las Vegas Raiders owner Mark Davis.
The 26-year-old professional dancer labeled reports claiming Davis, 69, is the father of her baby as “wildly untrue” in a statement posted to her Instagram Story on Monday.
“I was pictured sitting next to him at a game in 2022 and have endured false rumors of a romantic relationship since,” she clarified. “I was just a guest sitting in the owner’s box with other friends.”
Hopkins mentioned that the “continued media stories” about the fabricated gossip are “negatively affecting what should be [her] happiest days.”
She concluded her message by revealing that she and the real father of her child are eagerly anticipating parenthood.
“Joey and I are excited to welcome our baby in the Fall,” she announced.
In April, Hopkins shared her pregnancy news with a photo showcasing her growing baby bump, captioned simply, “baby.” The black-and-white image showed her in a white bra and skirt, posing on the beach.
Despite this, her post was flooded with comments from social media users suggesting she was pregnant with the billionaire’s child.
“The Heir to The Raiders Throne!” one person commented.
“Future Raiders owner incoming,” another wrote.
“Congrats on becoming one of the richest women ever in a few years!” added another troll.
Supporters of the Cirque Du Soleil performer criticized the rumors and defended Hopkins.
“Real ones know this isn’t the Raiders owner’s baby,” one defender wrote.
Hopkins did not disclose the identity of her baby’s father beyond mentioning “Joey” in her statement.
Rumors about Hopkins dating the NFL executive surfaced after she was seen next to him at a Raiders game in December 2022. She clarified at the time that Davis, who has a net worth of $2.3 billion, was just her “neighbor/friend.”
The relationship rumors resurfaced Monday when BroBible sports commentator Dov Kleiman posted on X that Davis was having a baby with the dance pro.
“Congrats! 26-year-old Hayden Hopkins, girlfriend of Raiders owner Mark Davis (70), is pregnant,” Kleiman wrote on X, incorrectly stating Davis’s age. “Happy for the power couple.”
Kleiman quickly deleted the tweet and has yet to issue a retraction.
