IShowSpeed Kissed by Fan in Chaotic Bulgaria Encounter
YouTube star Speed’s European tour continues to be chaotic as a fan in Bulgaria kisses him on the lips, sparking controversy and debate online.
Bollywood Fever: IShowSpeed’s European tour has been anything but calm, with the popular streamer consistently finding himself mobbed by enthusiastic fans wherever he goes. This trend continued during his recent visit to Bulgaria, where an unexpected and controversial encounter occurred during a live broadcast on July 11.

While exploring Bulgaria, Speed approached a fan driving a bright blue sports car. The driver, who enthusiastically proclaimed himself to be Speed’s “biggest fcking fan,” eagerly exited the vehicle to greet the streamer. However, the interaction took an unexpected turn when the fan leaned in and kissed Speed on the lips. Clearly shocked and disturbed, Speed immediately stepped back, exclaiming, “Agh, what the fck was that?”
The fan quickly apologized, saying, “I love you, bro! I’m sorry.” Speed, still visibly unsettled, asked, “Is that a thing y’all do in Bulgaria?” before hopping into the car to rev the engine, much to the delight of the surrounding fans.
The incident has sparked significant debate online, with reactions ranging from humor to serious concern. Many viewers were quick to label the kiss as an act of assault. One Twitter/X user commented, “This has gotta be sexual assault,” while another added, “Bro got SA’d live in front of 200K people and everyone was probably laughing. This stuff ain’t a joke.”
However, others have pointed out that in some areas of Eastern Europe, such greetings might be more common, though usually in the form of cheek-kissing. Despite this cultural perspective, many fans continue to argue that Speed was violated and that the fan’s behavior was inappropriate.
This incident in Bulgaria is just the latest in a series of chaotic moments for Speed during his European tour. Earlier, in Oslo, Norway, Speed was overwhelmed by a mob of viewers, leading him to vow never to return to the country—a statement he later retracted.
