Los Angeles, Bollywood Fever: In a rare public sighting, Kylie Jenner and Timothee Chalamet were spotted on a movie date, seemingly confirming their romance is alive and well. The pair were photographed walking together in a car park near Los Angeles’ TCL Chinese Theatre on Friday, June 28, as reported by E Online.
This marks the first time the duo has been seen together publicly in several months. Both dressed in black baseball caps and face masks, Kylie, 26, wore a white tube top with black pants, while Chalamet, 28, donned a black top with black cargo shorts and black Nike sneakers.
Their appearance comes after Us Weekly confirmed that Kylie was not expecting her first child with Chalamet, debunking previous unfounded claims. These rumors were initially sparked by comedian Daniel Tosh in April and later propagated by an account on X.
Multiple sources confirmed on April 25 that the couple, who were first linked in April 2023, were “still together” and managing a long-distance relationship. Kylie resides in California with her two children, Stormi, 6, and Aire, 2, from her previous relationship with Travis Scott, while Chalamet has been in production for the Bob Dylan biopic, A Complete Unknown, in New York City and New Jersey.
The couple went public with their romance in 2023, showcasing their affection at Beyoncé’s Renaissance concert in Los Angeles. This was followed by joint appearances at New York Fashion Week and the US Open.
In March, Kylie briefly mentioned the relationship during an interview with The New York Times. “I don’t know how I feel about that,” she said. “I just don’t want to talk about personal things.”
On the June 20 episode of The Kardashians, Kylie expressed her struggles with public scrutiny. “It’s a miracle that I still have confidence and can still look in the mirror and think that I am pretty,” she told her sister, Kendall Jenner. Kylie detailed a recent event that upset her, explaining how she faces constant criticism about her appearance.
“Because I just feel like after Paris [Fashion Week in October 2023] there was this picture, which for the first time I was like, ‘We are not going to wear a lot of makeup.’ So when I’m wearing too much makeup [I get told], ‘You’re wearing too much makeup,’” she said. “I just hear nasty things about myself all the time. I think after 10 plus years of hearing about this, it just gets exhausting.”
