Bollywood Fever: Mindy Cohn has made headlines with her recent comments about a potential revival of the popular ’80s sitcom, “Facts of Life.” During her appearance on SiriusXM’s “Jeff Lewis Live,” Cohn accused one of her co-stars of being a “greedy bitch” and sabotaging the revival plans.

“We got into talks and we hired a writer. The four of us got together on a Zoom — this was during COVID — and we had meetings with Norman [Lear] about it,” Cohn explained, revealing that significant steps had been taken towards the revival.

However, Cohn claimed that the project came to an abrupt halt due to one of her co-stars attempting to secure a spinoff series for herself. “One of the girls went behind [their] backs to try to make a separate deal for a spinoff deal just for herself,” she said, expressing her disappointment and how the move “devastated” the cast.

Cohn emphasized the emotional impact of the betrayal, saying, “For a 40-year friendship and sisterhood, there was a tidal wave of emotion around it.” The comment prompted guest Michael Hitchcock to remark, “There’s always a greedy bitch,” which Cohn enthusiastically agreed with, adding, “You know what … greedy bitch. She was a greedy bitch.”

While Cohn did not disclose the identity of the co-star, she hinted that fans could deduce who it might be by looking at her social media interactions over the past few years. Among her three main female co-stars — Lisa Whelchel, Kim Fields, and Nancy McKeon — Cohn’s Instagram shows that she has socialized with the latter two.
