Bollywood Fever: Kelly Bensimon, known for her role on “The Real Housewives of New York City,” has called off her engagement to Scott Litner. The news was confirmed by Bensimon herself in a statement to Page Six on Tuesday.
“I have decided that my two daughters are my priority and I won’t be moving forward with this wedding,” the mother of two shared, requesting privacy during this time.
The couple was scheduled to tie the knot this weekend in the backyard of Bensimon’s mother’s home in Boston, with a second wedding event planned for the Hamptons. The announcement comes just days before the planned ceremony on June 29.

She got engaged to Litner last year over the Fourth of July weekend after dating for a year. At the time, she expressed her happiness to ET, saying, “Scott is my missing piece. It’s so nice to be with someone that my friends and family all adore.”
Kelly Bensimon was a main cast member on seasons 2 through 4 of “RHONY” and appeared as a guest in seasons 6 and 7. She also rejoined the franchise for season 4 of “The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip,” which aired in December 2023 and January 2024.
As Bensimon shifts her focus to her daughters, fans and friends are offering support and understanding. The news highlights her commitment to family and personal priorities during a significant moment in her life.
